We, the Michigan League of Conservation Voters, are in full support of saving the Luellen Woughter Nature Reserve located on Oakland Community College Highland Lakes Campus, and are also in full support of Oakland County Parks purchasing approximately 91 acres of Oakland Community College Highland Lakes Campus property so Oakland County Parks can establish a new large Oakland County Park for the residents of Oakland County and other nearby counties to enjoy. Preserving our natural environment is key in combating climate change and keeping our world accessible to future generations.
